Your Data Rights
Right to Access
Download a complete copy of all personal data we hold about you at any time from your account settings.
Right to Rectification
Edit and correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information stored in your account.
Right to Erasure
Delete your account and all associated personal data permanently. Once erased, this action cannot be undone.
Right to Portability
Export all your data in standard, machine-readable formats (JSON, PDF) to use with other services.
Right to Restriction
Request that we temporarily pause all processing of your personal data while a concern is being resolved.
Right to Object
Opt out of specific types of data processing, including marketing communications and analytics tracking.

EU Hosting and Data Residency
All JobTactics infrastructure is hosted within the European Union. Your personal data never leaves the EU for storage purposes. Our servers are located in EU data centers with ISO 27001 certification, ensuring the highest standards of physical and digital security.
When AI processing requires communication with model providers located outside the EU, only pseudonymized content is transmitted under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
Sub-Processors
We work with a limited number of third-party sub-processors to deliver our services. Each sub-processor is contractually bound to GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
How to Exercise Your Rights
You can exercise most of your data rights directly from your JobTactics account:
- Go to Account Settings to update, export, or delete your data.
- Contact privacy@jobtactics.io for any request that cannot be handled through the app.
- We will respond to all data rights requests within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.
