How is this different from a free tool my clients already use?
Free consumer tools are not designed for resellers — they have no white-label, no admin layer, no compliance posture. We give you a complete product to operate under your brand, with the same compliance footprint enterprise career services demand.
Are my domain and brand truly exclusive?
Yes. Each partner runs on their own external domain — never a sub-domain of ours. Your logo, colors, emails and document headers all carry your identity. Your end clients have no visibility on our underlying infrastructure.
How does the wholesale model work?
You buy credit packs at a partner rate, you set your own end-client price, you keep the spread. We never take a commission on your sales. Pricing is discussed during the demo because the right rate depends on your volume and contract length.
Can I bill my clients directly through Stripe Connect?
Yes — Stripe Connect is optional. You can either use the platform in off-circuit mode (you bill clients yourself, we top up your credit pool) or activate Stripe Connect Standard so your end clients pay you directly inside the branded portal. No commission is taken either way.
Which modules can I activate or turn off?
Seven functional blocks: CV studio, LinkedIn optimizer, voice interview, job search, application tracking, premium templates and API access. You activate only what fits your offer. Modules can be turned on or off as your offer evolves.
Where is end-client data hosted?
On a Tier-1 cloud platform (datacenter in the United States, operating under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), with a Data Processing Agreement aligned with the most demanding international standards — GDPR (EU), LGPD (Brazil), PIPEDA (Canada), CCPA (California). Your data inherits the GDPR protection level regardless of the jurisdiction you operate in. Sub-processors are disclosed in the DPA you sign before kickoff.
Can I migrate my existing contacts or clients?
Yes. Bulk import via CSV or XLSX is supported, mapped to your branded portal. We can assist with the first import during onboarding so your existing contact base is operational from day one.
What happens if I want to leave?
You export everything you and your end clients produced (Article 15 GDPR), then we delete it from production and backups within ninety days. A signed certificate of destruction is delivered. No retention games.
Why an annual licence rather than a fully usage-based model?
The 1,497 USD annual licence covers the contractual scope that makes you a real reseller: your own private domain, full branding, a dedicated admin console kept up to date, inherited compliance (DPA, GDPR-grade protection, SOC II preparation) and founder partner support. Without that licence, you would be sharing a generic pool with no isolation, no admin layer and no branded perimeter — which is incompatible with selling under your own name to corporate accounts.
