What does it cost the student?
$0. Students never see a paywall, never enter card details, never hit credit limits. The institution covers the full cost — that's the entire point of a B2B contract.
What does it cost the institution?
$9.97 per student and per quarter for the white-label platform license, with a minimum commitment of one academic year. AI credits for your students are purchased separately, at a wholesale rate negotiated during the demo based on your volume. See the Pricing section above for the breakdown.
Where is student data hosted?
On a Tier-1 cloud platform (datacenter in the United States, operating under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), with a Data Processing Agreement aligned with the most demanding international standards — GDPR (EU), LGPD (Brazil), PIPEDA (Canada), CCPA (California). Your students' data inherits the GDPR protection level regardless of where they are based. Sub-processors are disclosed in the DPA you sign before kickoff.
What happens if we end the contract?
We export everything you and your students produced (Article 15 GDPR), then delete it from production and backups within 90 days. A signed certificate of destruction is delivered.
Can students access JobTactics directly?
Not from your students' perspective. They use a white-label platform under your domain, your brand, your support. Internally we operate the infrastructure — externally only your institution is visible.
What import formats do you support?
CSV and XLSX for bulk student import. We also support automated provisioning via SCIM if your IT team prefers it. Mappings are reviewed during scoping.
Which languages does the platform speak?
Six locales today: English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese. The platform auto-detects the student's locale and adapts every email and interface accordingly.
What's the minimum commitment?
An academic year — the natural unit for cohort-based platforms. Multi-year contracts unlock founder pricing and quarterly business reviews.
