What does it cost the student?
A single membership at sign-up, paid once and valid for life. It unlocks full access to the platform and gifts the student AI credits to get started. Afterwards, each student tops up their own credits whenever they need to. The membership amount and gifted credits are scoped with you during the demo.
What does it cost the institution?
Nothing. The white-label platform is free: no license, no subscription, no setup fee. You open access on your domain, your students sign up on their own.
Where is student data hosted?
On a Tier-1 cloud platform (datacenter in the United States, operating under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), with a Data Processing Agreement aligned with the most demanding international standards — GDPR (EU), LGPD (Brazil), PIPEDA (Canada), CCPA (California). Your students' data inherits the GDPR protection level regardless of where they are based. Sub-processors are disclosed in the DPA you sign before kickoff.
What happens if we end the contract?
We export everything you and your students produced (Article 15 GDPR), then delete it from production and backups within 90 days. A signed certificate of destruction is delivered.
Can students access JobTactics directly?
Not from your students' perspective. They use a white-label platform under your domain, your brand, your support. Internally we operate the infrastructure — externally only your institution is visible.
Do your students sign themselves up?
Yes. Each student signs up on their own on your white-label domain, by email or via their Google or LinkedIn account. No file import or provisioning to manage on your side: you open the platform, sign-ups happen on their own.
Which languages does the platform speak?
Six locales today: English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese. The platform auto-detects the student's locale and adapts every email and interface accordingly.
What's the minimum commitment?
An academic year — the natural unit for cohort-based platforms. Multi-year contracts unlock founder pricing and quarterly business reviews.
