How to use it
The name stays sober, no middle initials unless established by family usage. The hook opens with a full courtesy formula ("Dear Mr Chairman", "Madam President") and never directly mentions the role — the recipient knows why you are writing. Paragraph 2 cites your current mandates in maximum shorthand ("trustee of three family foundations for twenty years"). Avoid figures entirely — the effect rests on suggestion, not demonstration. Does the letter work without a recognised family name?
